I invested with Dovehill as one of my first syndication investments. Their communication and updates have been excellent! They provide great updates on not only the property but others in the area including a star report which shows how the property benchmarks compared to others in the area. They provide clear communication on how their business plan is going and if anything has changed since the last quarter.
